Print and Cut out the frame on the black lines. Cut out the center of the frame on the black lines.
Print and then cut out the Jacob's 12 Sons + Dinah picture on the solid black lines,
then glue the picture to the frame making sure the picture faces the right direction.
You can then glue the framed picture to a piece of poster board (or cereal box) to make it more sturdy.
